The International Readiness Assessment Framework (IRAF) is the diagnostic component of the University Internationalization Development Program (UIDP).
IRAF is designed to evaluate a university’s current level of preparedness for internationalization and identify institutional strengths, challenges, opportunities, and development priorities.
The framework provides university leaders and international offices with a clear understanding of their current position and establishes the foundation for strategic international development.
Through a structured and evidence-based assessment process, IRAF enables universities to develop realistic and achievable internationalization goals aligned with their institutional mission and global aspirations.
