The main themes and scopes of coverage through this journal is International Management, Business Administration, Industrial Performance, Social Welfare and Entrepreneurship. The groups of readership of "GORME" are including, But not limited to: Academic researchers, Industrial managers and entrepreneuers.

Allowed Submission Types: Review Papers, Research Articles, Extended edition of Conferences Proceedings Papers, Short Communications and Brief Book Reviews.

Peer Review Statement: All of assigned and submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and final decision on acceptance for submitted papers will be depended on reviewers comments. Sections Editors will approve the review reports before final checking for publication of accepted papers.
