Holding a Russian language preparation course:

Dear Prospective Students!

Georgian International Academy of Sciences opens a new Pre-university Preparatory Programme (for foreign citizens) at head office of GIAS in Tbilisi-Georgia.
The training course is implemented in accordance with the Pre-university Preparatory Programme for foreign citizens who are going to enter the Russian Universites.
The key Programme goal is to complete the intensive Russian language course.
GIAS gives graduates the certificates that confirm successful completion of the qualifying examinations under the Preparatory Programme.
The Certificate provides an advantage to the applicants enrolling in the Specialist degree programmes, including “General Medicine”, “Dentistry”, “Pharmacy”, “Pediatrics”, “Bioengineering and Bioinformatics”, “Clinical Psychology” etc.
Admissions for preparatory department are held on 26th of august-10th of September
The list of required documents for application to the Pre-university Preparatory Programme (for foreign citizens):
  • a personal application;
  • a copy of the foreign citizen's passport that is valid on the territory of the Russian Federation (Russian certified translation);
  • 4 printed color photos in the 3*4 cm format.

After submitting documents the student will be accepted to Georgian International Academy of Sciences preparatory department. They will be taught regular language courses and subjects according to their specialization. During the preparatory study period foreign applicants are required to pass some exams and then pass the final examination. Applicants who have passed the exams successfully will receive a certificate about finishing the preparatory course and will be considered as a first course student.

Tuition fees:

Language training courses for bachelor or Medical Sciences:

Study period: 1 academic year(9 months)

Tuition fee: 2000 US $

Language training courses for master's and doctoral students:

Study period depends on the knowledge of the language level

Study period: 1 semester(4-5 months)

Tuition fee: 1500 US $

Study period: 1 academic year(9 months)

Tuition fee: 2000 US $
