The establishment of Semnan University of Medical Sciences’ International Office in Georgia aims to develop international activities, internationalize the university and expand interactions in scientific, educational and research areas with countries in the region.
In order to enhance scientific, educational and research collaborations, Semnan University of Medical Sciences in collaboration with universities in the Caucasus region, the International Hub of Medical Sciences in Georgia will undertake the following international activities:
- Scientific, research and educational collaborations
- Admission of international students in Medicine and Dentistry.
- Publication of scientific-research journals
- Holding international conferences
- Offering short-term skill courses
- Conducting summer schools in medical sciences
- Exchange of professors and students
- Admission of international students for specialty courses at Semnan University of Medical Sciences
With the cooperation and participation of the Georgian International Academy of Sciences, the International Office will initiate its activities.
The process of establishing, launching, and managing the International Office of the university in Georgia, in collaboration with the Georgian International Academy of Sciences and the participation of New Vision University in Georgia, has begun. The admission of international students in the fields of medicine and dentistry, in partnership with New Vision University, will be included in the agenda of the International Office of Semnan University of Medical Sciences in Georgia starting from September 2023.
